Technical Assistance to Manage and Implement the Financial Management Improvement Programme II
The project contributed to strengthen the public finance management capacities at national, provincial and municipal levels.
The technical assistance provided capacity building support to the National Treasury in management, human resources and IT, thus contributing to the implementation of the Public Finance Management Act (2000) and the Municipal Finance Management Act, namely through the process of capacity building and professionalization of all financial units of the Government.
