Procurement of a programme management specialist: post mid-term review implementation phase

The project's overall objective aimed to contribute for the speeding up of the delivery of the Financing Agreement signed between the European Commission and the Government of South Africa, in order to maximise the benefit accrued from Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) to South Africa's development priorities.

Specifically the team of experts assisted and provided guidance to the Programme Manager in the adoption of the most desirable daily routine methods and management procedures, as well as the development of plans and documents as required by different procurement modalities.
