Formulation Mission: China - Europe Public Administration Reform projects (Phase II)
The project aims to define the new EU-China cooperation framework in the identified sector as envisaged in the Country Strategy Paper (CSP) for 2007-2013 and the corresponding Multi-annual Indicative Programme.
This mission envisages to define a new cooperation project aimed at:
- Assisting the Chinese government in its objectives of public administration reform and establishment of an efficient, just and responsive service-oriented government based in the rule of law;
- Strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding between the EU and China on law-based public administration management and public services management thus contributing to mainstreaming good governance, equity and social justice in existing sectors of dialogue.
