Rationalisation and Modernisation of the Bank of Cape Verde Information System

The project carried out:

• a diagnosis of the existing systems in the Department of Statistics and Economic Studies of the Central Bank;
• the preparation of an Action Plan for the rationalisation and progressive modernisation of the new information management system;
• the definition of a structure for the first two modules of the new information management system (Monetary Statistics and Balance of Payments);
• the optimisation of the new information management system and the improvement of its technical and functional characteristics.
