Final Evaluation of the project nº 8 SE 003 - Support to the National Programme for Prevention and Management of STD/AIDS (Phase III).
The project aims:
• The description of pertinence, efficacy, efficiency, and feasibility of the interventions made in the frame of the "Support to the National Programme for Prevention and Management of sexually-transmitted diseases (STD) and AIDS (Phase III)
• A detailed examination of the explication factors to the situation, concerning the financial and technical performance of this project;
• The provision of recommendations towards making improvements in eventual interventions in the frame of fighting AIDS.
