Institutional Support to the National Authorising Officer
The purpose of the project is to aid the National Authorising Officer's (NAO) Support Cell in the field of project cycle programming and management, as well as of development cooperation analysis, and it involves:
- Assisting the NAO in transposing to Action Plans the development objectives determined by the Government, within the 9th EDF programming;
- Ensuring the elaboration of a frame of analysis for the requests of the specialized Ministries directed to the NAO;
- Analyzing the technical quality of the requests;
- Supporting the sector Ministries in designing projects and actions according to the methodology of the Logical Framework;
- Ensuring the Training of the NAO's staff in project management cycle and logical framework methodologies;
- lecturing of programmes and actions according to EDF rules;
- development of performance indicators and follow-up instruments.
