Technical Assistance to Ensure Quality in the Management of Local Investments

The project aimed to improve the capacity of local administration in the management of local investments, namely in the domain of financial resources management and planning of works, procurement and contract management.

The objective was to:

support the preparation and implementation of small works funded by the Local Investment Grants in 26 districts;
provide information for the design and improvement of training.
