Mid-term Evaluation of the Project PALOP - Public Administration Capacity Strengthening

The project main objective is to carry out an evaluation in order to ensure the project good execution and to improve its impact in Portuguese Speaking African Countries (PALOP: Mozambique, Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome and Principe).

The project aims also to give the Cape Verde Government, the European Commission and the beneficiaries complete and structured information related to the results of the intermediate project execution and how those results were achieved.
