Formulation and Implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation System of the National Strategy of Poverty Reduction
The technical assistance to the Elaboration and Implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation system to the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper aims more and better public investment, in order to contribute for Sao Tome and Principe’s development goals.
Considering that the Monitoring and Evaluation System should be developed in line with the National Planning System, the focus was on the evaluation of the planning instruments used and supporting the construction of the national planning strategy.
