Elaboration of Training and Productivity Boost Programs in Large National Companies
The technical assistance aimed to contribute to the promotion of diversification of the Angolan economic structure and to the emergence and development of large Angolan companies and business groups, whose decision centers are based in Angola.
Specifically the Technical Assistance sought to:
- Ensure IFE Training on methodology and critical factors identification tools appropriation, implementation and dissemination of productivity and development of Productivity Acceleration Programs at company level;
- Guarantee direct technical assistance to each company supported by the IFE for producing his Critical Productivity Factors Diagnosis and consequent Productivity Acceleration Program.
