Technical Assistance to the Cooperation Support Facility II Programme
This Technical Assistance (TA) aims to provide consulting services (including communication & visibility) to support sound and effective implementation of EU-Timor-Leste development cooperation.
The activities under this TA will be aimed at:
(1) Improving the capacity of the National Authorising Officer to oversee programming & evaluation of EU projects,
(2) improving capacity for programme/project implementation of line ministries and other stakeholders in focal sectors, and
(3) increasing visibility of EU-Timor-Leste cooperation.
