Technical Assistance to the State Secretary for the Entrepreneurial Public Sector
The project provided qualified, permanent and immediate support to the Secretary of State for the Public Business Sector in the creation of contractual arrangements to be used with companies in the public sector and/or with their managers, namely management by objectives contracts and contracts programme.
We also assisted in processes and procedures and in the capacity building of human resources that contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Secretary of State, as well as in the improvement of accounting procedures and the quality of financial information on public companies and monitoring the Public Business Sector and its financial control.
