Support to the Strategic Institutional Reform of the ACP Secretariat including its Geneva Antenna
The project aimed to improve the effectiveness of the Secretariat of the ACP in fulfilling its institutional mandate as the body implementing projects funded under the intra-ACP resources, namely through:
- Strengthening the planning, control and communication systems of the Secretariat;
- Definition and implementation of a new Human Resources policy;
- Improvement of the financial and internal control systems, including IT;
- Improvement of the coordination role of the Secretariat vis-à-vis the Regional Organisations;
- Strengthening the Secretariat’s capacity to effectively and efficiently manage EDF resources;
- Strengthen the Secretariat’s capacity to provide high quality thematic policies to the ACP institutions.
