Develop a comprehensive and integrated Transition Strategy from Informal to Formal Economy for business transition from informal to formal economy in Angola is the purpose of this consultancy. In order to understand the existing informality, an exhaustive diagnosis will be elaborated to identify the main constraints to be considered.
An Informal to Formal Economy Transition Strategy will also be elaborated including, namely, the definition of an operational strategy, operational approach and the corresponding monitoring and evaluation systems and governance structure.
