Education

• Master’s degree in International Relations or any development related field, or any other relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Professional Experience

• 12 years conducting projects’ evaluations for international development projects, preferably EU-funded required.
• 8 years working on food security, fisheries, aquaculture, or blue economy issues;
• in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation.

• The Team Leader is expected to possess a demonstrable senior evaluation expertise coherent with the requirements of this assignment and experience in similar operations in West Africa;
