Profile Required

Education

• Master's degree in the field of education, employment or social sciences, or equivalent professional experience (more than 6 years).

Professional Experience

At least:

• 6 years of experience in the skills development and employment sector.
• 3 years of experience in the VET and employment sector in Mozambique.
• Good knowledge of the Mozambique VET system.
• in VET and employment policy, sectors analysis, financing, planning and/ or programme development.

• Language skills: Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
