Requirements

Profile Required
 
Education

• Completed university studies of at least 3 years in the area of economy/business/law/public policies, attested by a diploma.
• In its absence, 5 years of equivalent professional experience, above the required general experience.

Professional Experience

• At least 6 years of professional experience in area of private sector development.

Specific professional experience

• In training needs assessment and development of capacity building programmes, preferably for companies;
• On similar assignments on EU funded project shall be considered as an advantage.

Language skills

• English, at least B2 according to the common European framework of languages.
