The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the preparation of Montenegro’s economy for the EU Single Market through joining the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)
It also aims to perform the Gap analysis of the current Montenegrin legislation and regulatory framework in relation to the SEPA regulation and technical requirements and providing recommendations for the fulfilment of SEPA criteria.

Profile Required

Professional Experience

We're searching for experts able to perform the following services:
Conduction of Gap analysis of the Montenegrin Legal and Regulatory Framework through following activities:

• Identify overall Montenegrin Legal and Regulatory Framework that is subject to SEPA requirements i.e. fulfilment of SEPA criteria.
• Identify detailed inconsistencies of the Montenegrin legislation and regulatory framework with regard to the SEPA regulation/requirements i.e. fulfilment of SEPA criteria.
• Provide recommendations of necessary adjustments of identified inconsistencies with regard to the SEPA regulation/requirements i.e. fulfilment of SEPA criteria.
• Preparation of the Report on Gap analysis of the Montenegrin Legal and Regulatory Framework related to the SEPA regulation/requirements delivered, including recommendations for alignment with SEPA criteria.

• Experience in payment systems and banking services;
• English proficiency
