Profile Required

Education

• Master’s degree in public administration reform, law, finances or other relevant field, or in its absence equivalent professional experience of 3 years in addition to the general professional experience below.

Professional Experience

At least:

• 12 years related to the central and local public administration sector;
• 3 evaluations (i.e. final/mid-term/ex-post) of EU-funded projects/programmes out of which at least 1 evaluation of projects/programmes implemented under Instrument for pre-accession (IPA) or European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI or ENPI);
• English proficiency
• Romanian and Russian will be considered an asset
