Requirements

Objective of the assignment:

• The global objective of this assignment is to strengthen Monitoring, Information and dissemination of EU external actions.

The specific objectives are to:

• Strengthen the monitoring and information framework of the Jobs and growth program; and o Ensure communication and visibility on results and performance of the J&G programme in and out of Sierra Leone.

Qualifications and skills required:

• University degree in Agriculture, Agro-Economics, or equivalent

General professional experience:

• Solid experience in agriculture and rural development
• Previous experience on a similar assignment

Specific professional experience:

• Solid previous experience in monitoring and evaluation of large project and/or programs
• Previous experience implementing and/or evaluating rural infrastructure (feeder roads and processing infrastructure) and value chain development interventions
• The expert should have a previous experience with information management systems
• A previous experience in Sierra Leone or/and in Africa will be an asset

Language skills:

• The expert should be perfectly proficient in English (speaking and writing)
