Profile Required

Education

• Master's Degree (or equivalent) in the field of agricultural economics, agriculture science, or related discipline.

Professional Experience

At least:

• 6 years of experience in agriculture or agri-food processing or agribusinesses engagement;
• One assignment in identification, formulation and/or implementation of an agriculture or agroforestry /value chain/ agri-food or rural development programme or project.

Of one of the following:

• Development and/or analysis of smallholder farmers inclusion in agricultural value chains and related input supply chains;
• development and analysis of agriculture and/or agroforestry value chains with integrated land-use planning and integrated management of natural resources;
• ICT solutions in the agriculture sector .

• English proficiency
