Profile Required
Education
- Master’s Degree related to human development, human rights or political science, or equivalent professional experience in the same fields and disability.
Professional Experience
At least:
- 12 years related to human development or human rights;
- 8 years in development cooperation with good knowledge on EU programmes and policies;
- 5 years on policies and practices addressing disability.
- In the area of crosscutting issues such as rights based approach, gender equality or child’s rights is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of EU development programmes and policies.
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in French or Spanish is an advantage.
