Requirements

General description of the position:

Expert category:

Place of Performance - Cat. II (>6 years of experience).

Qualifications and skills required:

• Completed university studies of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma, in development studies, economics, law, international relations, public administration or other social sciences, or a relevant, directly related discipline. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in addition to the years of general experience requested below.

General professional experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in anti-corruption and oversight sector, with knowledge of anti-corruption legislation and oversight

Specific professional experience:

• At least:

• 6 years of experience of working with state agencies and civil society, preferably in Armenia;
• 6 years of work experience and good understanding of anti-corruption context.

• Knowledge of and background in understanding of international standards for preventing corruption;
• Experience in developing and drafting anti-corruption reports; Established relationship with main anticorruption actors in Armenia is considered a strong asset;

Language skills:

• Fluency in English,
• knowledge of Armenian and/or Russian will be an asset
