Portugal Exportador is aimed at small and medium-sized companies which are starting to take their first steps, intend to consolidate their internationalization process or, instead, find and diversify new markets. Focused on exports, the Event is entirely dedicated to networking, allowing to achieve new businesses and find potential national and international customers, as well as a variety of Companies, Start-Ups and Embassies.
Considering the current pandemic situation, this year's Edition took place exclusively online; CESO participated in a virtual stand and collaborated in two initiatives:
- At the “Export Steps” Workshop, which was guided for companies that want to start their international expansion journey. “How to choose the market” is the theme that António Santos, CESOs CFO, addressed and that you can review in this video : (in between: 3:16:45/3:35:24).
- In turn, in the Thematic Café “Opportunities with Multilateral Financial Institutions”, João Rabaça, Director of the Commercial and Marketing Department, looked into the International Financial Institutions. Traditionally dedicated to the implementation of programs and projects to support the development of emerging economies, they have been diversifying their intervention pattern, increasingly supporting the realization of private investments that generate jobs. The national export sector has a modest participation both in the implementation of development programs and projects and in the promotion of investments supported by International Financial Institutions. It is important to know the opportunities and be aware of the challenges that this market faces. Review this Thematic Cafe in this video : (in between:3:48:00/4:38:23).
