CESO Development Consultants is seeking an experienced expert to support the EU-Latin America and the Caribbean Policy Dialogue Support Facility (EU-LAC PDSF), a project funded by the European Union, in the operational preparation, delivery, and follow-up of high-level international events across the LAC region.

 

🎯 Mission

Provide end-to-end event logistics support for high-level policy dialogues, ministerial meetings, and multi-stakeholder conferences - covering everything from planning and service provider coordination to on-site delivery, EU visibility compliance, and post-event reporting.

 

👤 EVENT LOGISTICS SUPPORT EXPERT

• Degree in Event Management, International Relations or related field

• Min. 5 years of experience on:

- organising high-level international events in an EU-funded context

- in participant management and service provider coordination (venues, interpretation, audiovisual, catering)

• Familiarity with EU visibility and communication requirements

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines

• English C1 (required)

• Spanish C1 (required)

 

🌍 Location: Home-based + missions to LAC region
