Project Cycle Management

The new book by Rui Miguel Santos, "Project Cycle Management" was presented last January in Lisbon.

This book "is the first effort disclosure made in Portugal concerning the methodology for the identification, formulation and management of development projects used, for decades, by multilateral institutions, in particular by the European Union and the United Nations system.

It provides up directions for a wide universe of interested professionals and curious to have access to expertise management cooperation projects."

The presentation was made by Isabel Corte Real, ex-Secretary of State for Administrative Modernization, with the presence of the Secretary of State for Public Administration, José Leite Martins.

The book was edited by INA (Directorate-General for the Qualification of Civil Servants Workers).
