SOFID (Development Financing Company) Action Evaluation to Promote Development in the period 2007-2014

The Report aims to assess the contribution of SOFID - Development Financing Company - "as an actor of Portuguese Cooperation, to reduce poverty and promote development in partner countries through their support to the private sector in these countries. "

Coordinated by the Evaluation and Audit Office (GAA) of Camões, I.P. and carried out by CESO, the purpose of the evaluation was to "identify lessons and conclusions and formulate recommendations that could be used both by the Board of Directors of SOFID and by the institutions that overseen Portuguese Cooperation."
