The EuropeAid Opportunities Study in the CPLP Universe - portuguese version - is available online .

It presents a detailed analysis of information on the characteristics and opportunities provided by the EU funding instruments for development cooperation and support. It considers the existing business opportunities in four countries of the CPLP universe : Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, São Tomé and Príncipe and East-Timor.

Promoted by the Portuguese Water Partnership, the study was carried out for the P3LP Project - Bridges and Partnerships in Portuguese-Speaking Countries; with CESO Development Consultants and TESE Associação para o Desenvolvimento authorship, it has the technical coordination of Rui Miguel Santos and Tiago Matos Fernandes.
