CESO congratulates our COO, Helena Valente, on her appointment as Deputy Head of the Procurement Committee of FEACO - European Federation of Management Consultancies Associations for the 2026–2028 mandate.

The Committee will be led by Karen Soboleosky as Head, with Helena Valente serving alongside her as Deputy Head, reflecting Helena’s extensive experience in international procurement, development cooperation and consulting.

The FEACO Procurement Committee promotes dialogue with EU institutions and IFIs, fostering procurement practices that reinforce transparency, quality, and impact across the European consulting sector.

This appointment also represents an important recognition of Helena Valente's professional career and contribution to the field.

CESO joins FEACO in recognizing and thanking Didier Wynrocx and Raphael Zayat for their longstanding dedication and valuable contributions to the Committee.

CESO's contribution reflects its long-standing commitment to the international consulting and development sector through its active participation in APPC - Portuguese Association of Engineering and Management Consultants which is also a member of FEACO - European Federation of Management Consultancies Associations and EFCA - European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations.
